What payment can I use?
At Monita Amoré, we want your checkout experience to feel just as easy as slipping into your favorite lounge set.

Can I purchase items in another currency?
Currently, we accept orders in USD only and ship within the United States. You’ll see prices displayed in U.S. dollars at checkout.
Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
Because we process orders quickly, we’re unable to make changes once an order is placed — including edits to your shipping address or item selection. If you made a mistake, we recommend placing a new order and contacting us at supports@monitaamore.com as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the 48 continental U.S. states. Stay tuned as we grow — we’ll announce any shipping expansions via email and social.
How do I return my order?
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, intimate items such as panties and lingerie are final sale and cannot be returned. Eligible return windows are clearly noted on each product page.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
